What is the SDGs?

Sustainable Development is what people are now looking for and trying to accomplish. To define what sustainable actually means, things that can be continued using over and over again. Sustainable development is made up of three main pieces: social progress, economic development, and climate & environment. In order to achieve these, the United Nations and the 193 countries that participate in this project had set up 17 goals in 2015, which is called the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

3 Main Goals of SGDs:

1. End poverty

2. Fight against inequalities and injustice

3. Tack with climate change

The purpose of these goals is to make the world a better place for everyone to live without destroying the opportunities for the next generation. This is important because if we don’t complete these goals and put effort to change, the planet will soon be unable for living things to live on.
